RealThrive ("we", "us", "our") operates realthrive.org, go.realthrive.org and related internal tools. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Account data: Name, email address, and business information you provide when working with us.
• Form data: When you fill in a form on go.realthrive.org, for example to request a bottleneck plan or book a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number, website, and the answers you give about your business.
• Financial data: When you connect third-party services (e.g., QuickBooks), we access transaction data solely to provide our bookkeeping and automation services. This data is processed in real time and stored only as long as needed to deliver the service.
• Usage data: Basic analytics such as page views and referral sources. On go.realthrive.org this also includes which ad or link brought you to the page, how far you watched a video, and whether you started or submitted a form, recorded against a random session ID. We also record how you scroll, tap and click on go.realthrive.org using Microsoft Clarity, as described in section 3.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our services
• To prepare and send the plan or call you asked for, and to email and text you about it
• To categorize and organize financial transactions on your behalf
• To communicate with you about our services
• To measure which of our ads bring people to our pages

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal or financial data. We share it only with the service providers we use to deliver our services (listed in section 6), and with Meta for advertising measurement as described below.

Meta pixel and Conversions API: go.realthrive.org uses the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API. When you visit the page, Meta receives your page activity, IP address and browser details. When you submit a form, Meta also receives your email address, phone number and name in hashed (scrambled) form, so it can match your visit to an ad you saw. Meta's use of this data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy, and you can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

Microsoft Clarity: go.realthrive.org uses Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the page, through heatmaps and session recordings of where you scroll, tap and click, so we can find the parts of the page that confuse people and fix them. Anything you type into our forms is hidden from these recordings and is never sent to Clarity. For visitors in the UK, the EEA and Switzerland, Clarity runs without cookies. Everywhere else it uses first and third-party cookies to recognise a returning visit. Microsoft's use of this data is covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

4. Text Messages and Email

If you give us your phone number on one of our forms, we may text you about the plan or call you asked for. These texts are sent by a person, not by an automated system. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. You can also ask us to stop emailing you by replying to any of our emails.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure token storage, and access controls. Financial API credentials are stored encrypted and never exposed to unauthorized parties.

6. Third-Party Services

Our tools integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Intuit QuickBooks) via their official APIs. When you authorize a connection, we access only the data scopes you approve. You can revoke access at any time through the third-party platform's settings.

To run our pages and follow up with you, we use Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database), ClickUp (customer records), Slack (internal notifications), Google Workspace (email), Loom (video messages), Calendly (call booking), Vidalytics (video hosting), Microsoft Clarity (page analytics and session recordings) and Meta (advertising measurement).

7. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to stop receiving texts or emails from us. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
