These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by RealThrive ("we", "us", "our") through realthrive.org and related tools.
RealThrive provides marketing automation, bookkeeping assistance, and related business services. Our tools may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Google Workspace) on your behalf and with your authorization.
By connecting a third-party account (such as QuickBooks), you authorize RealThrive to access and process data from that account solely for the purpose of delivering our services. You may revoke this authorization at any time through the third-party platform's settings or by contacting us.
RealThrive is not an accounting firm, CPA, or financial advisor. Our categorization and bookkeeping tools are assistive — all changes require your approval. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your financial records and should consult a qualified accountant for tax or compliance matters.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealThrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle your data in accordance with that policy.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, we will cease accessing your connected accounts and delete your data upon request.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
